I took my 8 yo daughter for a mother- daughter date. We found the staff reserved but polite. They treated us as individuals and my daughter was rushed through. I discovered to my dismay that the "princess" mani- pedi is basically a polish change, and my daughter was quite disappointed that I got a sugar scrub, leg and foot massage, etc, while she did not. The whole thing was way overpriced, but I understand the clientele is a Captive audience. The worst part was that the product did not work well. My polish is still on, but soft and mottled in texture from everyday usage. It's like it never cured. Next year we'll look for a more reasonable place on Sanibel.

We went for a couples massage a few days after our wedding. The reviews made me skeptical but I had a friend who raved about it. We went and had an amazing time! The entire salon was beautiful and extremely well taken care of with a high level of professionalism. The front desk checked us in, asking if we needed anything and showed us a comfortable place to fill out paperwork. She then led us to a clean and beautiful changing room/shower room to prepare for our massages. Our masseuses were Chelsea and Lindsey. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed the entire time. My wife had never had a massage and isn't exactly "touchy-feely" but thoroughly enjoyed herself. I'm not sure what others are saying about a "services fee." We were charged exactly what we were told we would be with no extra charges. One needs to remember that this is a salon that is on an island, it is the most upscale salon there and they are catering to a clientele that expects the best and isn't afraid to spend money. Also, masseuses are just like any other service person, a monetary tip is expected, just like a bar, restaurant or the likes. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you Chelsea and Lindsey for making this a wonderful memory.
